We have a long track record of working with both Local and Central Government bodies. Our projects include the following:

Masterplanning and planning application to facilitate the disposal of a large site in Surrey for DEFRA. The proposal was for 200 new residential units including the refurbishment of a listed property together with the retention of a large area of open space. 

Long term site and asset development stratgies for a number of Government sites throught the UK.

Affordable and market housing developments for Telford and Wrekin Council.
